Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped. They are not guaranteed.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of your order, contact us at support@trypage.co and we'll look into it right away.
Delays While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you updated.
Lost or missing packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing, email us at support@trypage.co within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll open an investigation.
