We want you to be happy with your Page order. If there's an issue, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Contact window You have 14 days from the date you received your item to contact us regarding any issues with your order.
Eligibility Due to the personal care nature of our product, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it.
How to contact us Email us at support@trypage.co with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Damages and wrong items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@trypage.co and we'll make it right.
Non-returnable items Opened or used personal care and beauty products cannot be returned. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, reach out before taking any action.
Resolution Once we've reviewed your case, we'll work with you on the best resolution. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to get back to you.
European Union — 14-day cooling off period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
